Grandbabies

Busy day! I haven't had a chance to get on the computer all day.

Last night Ron and I attended Mass for the Epiphany of Our Lord, which was lovely, as always. On the way home we stopped to pick up Reece, who spent the night with us. He went with me to see his Great-Gran this morning, then we stopped and got Aubrey on the way home. I kept them this afternoon while Cyrise and Josh went to her doctor and ultrasound appointment.

A special "thank you" to those of you who prayed for their baby a few weeks ago. Today we found out that the baby is........A GIRL! So Reece will have two little sisters to love. :o) We're all so happy.

Reece and I did his pre-school lesson while he was here today. I knew he would love it because this week's unit is about transportation, and today's lesson was all about land transportation, like trucks, buses and cars. He's car crazy! We made a "car" from four chairs and pretended to drive around, and played a stop and go game with red and green circles glued to craft sticks, then he made a construction paper stoplight. He already knew that red means stop and green means go, and today he kept repeating that yellow means "beeee carefuh." We read some car poems, and read some books about cars, trucks and buses. The next lesson is about trains. He will love that one, too. :o)
