Reece, having a cookie at Great-Gran's Thursday morning. It looks like he might be using sign language. :o)
The past week has been a good one. Except for some fatigue I've felt well, and am savoring the good days before another round of chemo on Monday.
On Thursday I met a sweet new friend for lunch at Crumpets, and so enjoyed getting to know her better. It was nice to be able to have a long, leisurely lunch and just talk, face to face. We have so much in common.
I had lunch out again on Friday with Mom. After her dentist appointment we ate at the Patio Cafe. Mom has become a real Texan. She loves warm winters and Tex-Mex. :o) She has to go back to the dentist on Wednesday to have her broken tooth pulled, and a filling replaced in another tooth.
My house is a mess. You would think with only me here, it would be as neat as a pin. But I have totally ignored it all week, even after the grandkid's visits. I'd better get on it now, while I have some energy. I also have to go to Mom's and to the grocery store.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I'm glad you're having a nice weekend before getting back to chemo. What - only two more rounds?
Two more rounds of the usual chemo, Adrienne, then they will harvest my stem cells. After that, they will give me a 6 day regimen of very strong chemo in the hospital. Then they will give me back the healthy stem cells (stem cell transplant). I hope it works!
He's signing the number 8, quite clearly!
:o) Oh my, what a smart boy! Thanks, Linda.
