My Little Aubrey

I kept Aubrey and Reece this afternoon while their mommy went to the dentist. I took some pictures of Aubrey, but Reece was having none of it. They both have slight colds, and he didn't feel well and wasn't in the mood.

I put a throw on the couch and sat Aubrey in the corner. She liked the texture and pattern on the throw.








Then she noticed the ruffles on her pants. Hmm, those are pretty.
















She slid down to get a better look. Look at those cute little toes. :o)














Eventually she wound up falling over in an effort to get to her toes. Notice the headband is fighting a losing battle.










Oh my. This kid has three (3!) cowlicks at the crown of her head. Her hair is untameable. (Is that a word)? Her daddy and mommy both have thick hair, but right now hers is baby fine and fly-away. I hope the weight of it will hold it down when she gets older or she's going to hate her hair when she's a teen. But even with that crazy hair, she is a little dolly.
