It's been a busy, hectic, wonderful week. Jason and his family arrived last Monday and left this afternoon. There was a bustle of activity as they rounded up all their stuff and got the van loaded. There were hugs, good-byes and waves, then they were gone.Ron came home a little while after they left and said, "It sure seems quiet in here." That's the understatement of the day. It will take a day or two to get used to the stillness again. I wish they didn't live quite so far away, but I'm thankful that they are close enough to come every few weeks or months.
Reece is going to miss them so much! But they will be back for Christmas.
We went hiking with Kelly on Saturday. I'll post some pics later.
